I’m Xiamara.

I’m a young Filipino artist, and I’m beginning the path toward architecture at UST. I work across mixed media, acrylic, sketching, clay, sculpture, and dioramas because one material is never enough for everything I want to say.

My work often begins with memory: grief that stays in the body, love that becomes an object, nostalgia that changes shape, or tenderness I do not want to lose. Sometimes I draw closely. Sometimes I build small worlds. Sometimes I let materials speak before I know exactly what they mean.

I’m still learning, and I want that to remain visible. The website should not pretend I have arrived. It should show how I observe, experiment, revise, and become.
